Current issues of the development of the global information infrastructure as the technological basis of the modern information society under the conditions of martial law

Characteristic aspects of the development of the modern information society are the effective provision of free use of all information resources and the volume of vital services and applications, which today are an important component of the daily life of every citizen of Ukraine and other countries.
Providing these opportunities anywhere, at any time, at an acceptable price and with acceptable quality is entrusted to the global information infrastructure (GII), which is the technological basis of the information society and should provide the possibility of free access to the above-mentioned information resources and open multiplicity of applications of every inhabitant of the planet.
The direction of the development of the global information infrastructure today is closely related to the reality of the active military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and unequivocal information leaks regarding the aggressive directions of our country’s partners and NATO member countries, which provide effective assistance to Ukraine in countering the aggressor state.
It is relevant to consider issues that are a list of information-oriented directions of technological development of the information infrastructure of Ukraine depending on the realities of today and the reconstruction of the state’s critical infrastructure under martial law. These directions determine the main essence of the problem of perception by the country’s information society of ways of solving and developing prospective directions of the modern national information space and its security, as well as a road map for the effective functioning of all directions of state-wide and socio-political activity of vital institutions of Ukraine.
