Improvement of the fuzzy temporal model for description of the influence of external environmental parameters on mobile communication systems

Abstract
The mobile communication system is represented as a hierarchy in terms of system detail. The described interdependence of the parameters of systems at different levels allows us to consider the effect on the system as a whole of certain changes that occur in any of the subsystems. In general, it can be said that changes in this subsystem occur due to certain factors that affect the values of the subsystem parameters, and these actions can affect any system at any level, which usually leads to changes throughout the system. The presentation of external destabilizing factors in the form of aggregate indicators that affect the parameters and quality characteristics of signals is proposed. The main external influences were demographic parameters, territorial parameters and a generic metric that includes many events affecting the system. The system with these indicators was upgraded with the help of an additional, third indicator, which is responsible for displaying the quality indicators of the equipment of the network systems. Changes that cause external factors to affect the subsystem may be some action to upgrade that subnet, or vice versa — failure of any element of the subsystem. A fuzzy temporal model is presented that describes the influence of basic environmental parameters on the performance of mobile communications systems and systems. Such a description of the operation of the radio system allows us to predict the status of the system and to select the appropriate control solutions to improve the forecast situation. Environmental settings and system status may describe some unclear situation, so based on a set of factors collected over a single or multiple time series, you can determine the most common situations and create a reference situation.
