Abstract

Due to the consistent change of technical and technological structures, the production complex is updated and innovations are introduced. Changing the environment, artificial intelligence technologies optimize human thinking, influence its behavior. In the context of the knowledge economy, the role of effective management of intellectual resources is growing, which necessitates the need for intellectualization of entrepreneurship, which is reflected in the fact that the main economic product of entrepreneurial activity is increasingly an intellectual and high-tech product, and entrepreneurs become intellectuals. With their knowledge, imagination and abstract thinking ability, intellectuals are able to integrate the process of gathering, processing and evaluating information (decision making) with the process of developing action plans (decision making). The article investigates the latest trends in the use of artificial intelligence technologies by large enterprises, identifies their benefits. The research highlights the most effective artificial intelligence tools that can help increase productivity and efficiency of an enterprise. The problems of artificial intelligence that can influence the activity of the enterprise are identified, and the ways of overcoming them are suggested. Scenarios for preventing potential problems make effective use of the potential of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence combined with human capabilities can actually turn a business into a universal tool for profit. The article suggested measures that should help society adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment related to the movement of humans to the format of artificial intelligence. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of modern marketing tools to provide effective solutions to business problems.
