Abstract

Considered in this article, the decision-making approach focuses on activating the intellectual processes of an expert with the purpose of helping to fix his perception of problem situations in the form of a formal model. As a model, the so-called fuzzy graph of situations is presented, which represents the main laws and regularities of the observed situations in the form of an oriented fuzzy graph in which the tops determine the situation, and the branches between them are causal relationships. The proposed model allows describing the development of the system due to its state and processes in the environment, mechanisms of influence between situations of the system and establishing causal relationships between them. Such interconnections are usually not obvious; therefore, the question arises: are there hidden links between different factors, the "strength" of these relationships, and what will be the possible quantitative changes for each of these factors. The answer to these and similar questions has a fairly definite practical meaning, which allows you to predict the effects inherent in one or another situation. The analysis of the main external destabilizing factors that have a detrimental effect on the quality indicators and characteristics of the 4th generation communication systems has been carried out. Also, the main gradations of the level of losses and a fuzzy situational network have been developed, with the help of which it is possible to determine the transition of a system from one state to another.
