Some aspects of NGOSS's implementation in the operator of telecommunications
DOI №______
Abstract
The information component provides employees of the enterprise with any required information in real time. The effectiveness of the telecommunications operator's operation depends directly on how it simulated its business processes. Information systems for business and operations support are currently an urgent and sought-after topic within the framework of the management of the activities of the operator and provider of telecommunications. The article deals with issues related to the effective management of telecommunications operator activities. TNA (technology-neutral architecture) and SOA (service-oriented architecture) are considered as mechanisms for interaction between business processes and an information model of data. The main advantages of introducing technologically neutral architecture into the telecom operator's management system are determined. General waste is identified for introducing the NGOSS methodology into the telecommunications operator's activities. The main advantages of introducing a technologically neutral architecture into the management system of the telecommunications operator activity are considered. Usage scenarios and contracts determine the interaction between the user, the information contained in the SID, and the corresponding processes eTOM. All usage scenarios are described by a set of basic elements and elements specific to each of the four perspectives (business, system, deployment, and implementation). Information systems for business and operations support is currently a topical and worn-out topic within the framework of managing the activities of the operator and provider of telecommunications. The article deals with issues related to the effective management of telecommunications operator activities. The main requirements for the management system of the telecommunications operator are determined, the analysis of the features of the NGOSS architecture, its main components, and general approaches to the implementation of the NGOSS methodology in the management of the telecommunications operator activity are formulated.
