Abstract

The article analyzes the key features of decision-making on resource management in the presence of imperfect data. The stages of the decision of the resource management problem are determined by means of the fuzzy decision support system. Persons who decide on resource supply or resource use may be different officials, ranging from workers who directly interact with resources, and ending with representatives of top management who carry out strategic management. The article deals with situations where the goals of different decision makers are contra-dictory. The peculiarities of data formation and rules defining managerial decisions are defined. Taking into account the dynamic nature of most parameters of production processes and resource characteristics, it is proposed to include in the fuzzy model linguistic variables that are responsible for the time characteristics of processes and objects of the domain. Thus, the state of resources used in technological operations or other production processes at certain moments of time forms the points of the phase space of the resource management system, and the fuzzy decision support model is complemented by time characteristics. These variables can be used both at the input and output of the decision support system. It has been found that in some cases the derived linguistic variables may not be subject to further dephasing, but used in their linguistic form. It is determined that the source data of the resource management system can be complex variables that determine the complex of further actions with the resource. The functions of the responsible for making decisions persons in the resource management system are determined. It is proposed to use various fuzzy logic operations in the aggregation phase. This makes it easy to modify the decision support model by the decision maker, without changing the model and rules. The ability to modify aggregation parameters makes the system more flexible to change the goals and criteria of the decision maker in the domain. Implementation of decision support steps is demonstrated on examples of resource management «automotive tires».
