An analysis of approaches to the creation of sites and requirements for their information filling

Abstract
The paper analyzes the growth rates of the number of websites on the Internet, based on Netcraft’s analytics report data, examines the main types of sites such as: static and dynamic sites, and a lists with the advantages and disadvantages of such sites, identifies key approaches to creating websites, from planning an idea, developing a technical structure, developing a site layout, developing a content management systems, cobining the content management system with design layout to filling site with content, testing and uploading to the server in the Internet network. Based on the analysis carried out for the effective functioning of web sites, the requirements for information content of sites for solving the problems of search optimization and ensuring its usefulness for users are determined. The main requirements for the content of the site are its volumes, uniqueness, low volume of repetitions of keywords, in thematic communication of the materials of the site among themselves. Content requirements are not limited to text data, but also images and video materials. Given that almost every site can be adjusted with: changing tem and the structure, creating new information, downloading files - for its effective functioning important a logical organization of data. Which in turn is an important basis for technical and information support of the site. Since the launch, the site begins to accumulate information, which eventually leads to problems of its effective functioning, unambiguous understanding of visitors or the presence of relevant, reliable data on the pages of the site. The problems of administration of the sites were revealed and the importance of the information-analytical support of the system of service of the site is shown, as well as the importance of the hard work of the system administrator.
